2004 - 2006 Political and socio-economic developments that have been made thanks to the enlargement of the European Union will lead to a change in traditional male and female roles. The project compares behaviors, occupational and life choices of men in four different countries (Poland, Bulgaria, Denmark and Italy), and analyzes them from the perspective of EU policies on employment and social inclusion. The aim of the project is to promote equal opportunities by proposing new male roles and behaviors.
