Evaluation of Equal Opportunities between Women and Men. European Social Fund, Operational Programme Regional Competitiveness and Employment 2007-2013. Regione Emilia Romagna

The aim of the evaluation service is to assess the support of the actions co-funded through the ESF in Emilia Romagna for the period 2007-2013 to the gender equality objective. This will entail evaluating both gender specific actions, as well as all other actions in a gender mainstreaming perspective. Specifically, the evaluation exercise will take into consideration due main evaluative questions concerning ESF’s support to: i) women’s participation to the strengthening and the knowledge economy; and ii) policies aimed at promoting the reconciliation between work and care duties.
