The project concerning the Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills: Towards a common vision on addressing SMEs skills needs in the automotive sector: strengthening the development of upskilling and reskilling strategies is carried out by the Consortium composed by EY and FGB.

The main aim of the project is to improve awareness of the existing best practices of relevant policies and initiatives on up/reskilling (in particular for SMEs) in the EU and in countries outside of the EU where the automotive sector holds a strong position. As a result, the project will deliver a vision with supporting actions and recommendations and will propose an implementation roadmap. The vision aims at helping automotive industry stakeholders, in particular SMEs, in increasing their capacity, filling gaps and remedying mismatches on the automotive labour market. Further to this, the analysis focus on case studies in selected Member States.
