Federica Fulghesu

Federica holds a Masters' Degree in Law, European and International Relations. After spending several years working in prominent European philanthropic organisations, non-profit organisations and foundations, she entered FGB with a cross-cutting role, working at the early stages of shaping new programs, communities and special projects. Federica has a huge passion for communication, digital storytelling for social impact, complexity and system thinking. Among the many battles she fights, the one for LGBTQI+ rights is the one she deeply cares about, she believes in margins as spaces for radical possibilities.
