WONBIT – Women and biotecnologies: scientific and feminist approaches

The project aimed at organising a conference on women in biotechnologies, in order to produce specific recommendations for improving the situation of women working in the field, and for gaining more knowledge of the impact of biotechnologies on life and the environment. It also provided women scientists and feminists with the opportunity to share knowledge, with the purpose of fostering the dialogue between science and humanities.
