16 September 2021. InfoDay for IncludEU advanced training course

On 22 October 2021, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini (FGB) and The WorkLife Hub (WLH) will kick-start the first edition of IncludEU – Advanced Training Course on ‘Building Diverse and Inclusive Workplaces in Europe’.

The 12-week intensive online course will equip learners with the skills and knowledge to design and implement effective diversity, equity and inclusion programmes at both public and private organizations in a real world based learning environment.

As Organizations across Europe are becoming aware of the need to address workplace diversity and inclusion due to a number of factors, such as public pressure, growing transparency, talent shortage, new legislation and to become leaders in their field, they are looking for skilled diversity professionals. And it is not just about reaching targets for a diverse workforce, but about the human aspect of work, creating workplaces that offer a sense of belonging to everyone.

Join the live streaming on Zoom next Thursday 16 September from 12.30 to 13.30 (CET) to learn more. Barbara De Micheli (Head of Social Justice Unit FGB) and Agnes Uhereczky (Executive Director di The WorkLife HUB) will present the course and its programme, the roster of trainers and guest lecturers and will answer questions and clarification requests.
