Ex Ante Evaluation of 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme by Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia

The service of Ex Ante Evaluation of 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme on behalf of Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia aims at enhancing the quality of the programming process. The service is divided into five phases that include: evaluating the external and internal coherence of the Programme; assessing the adequateness of indicators put forward by the Operational Programme (especially concerning the milestones) and its monitoring system; ensuring the congruency of the financial breakdown compared to the available resources and the intervention priorities selected by the context analysis; fulfilling the requirements of the enviromental evaluation.
