Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini Srl SB

The project is aimed at examining workplace-level experiences with working-time reduction across Europe, including initiatives such as the four-day working week.

Through case studies of private and public workplaces, the research analyses how reduced working-time arrangements are designed and implemented, and assesses their implications for productivity and competitiveness, work organisation, job quality, skills, employee well-being, and work-life balance.

Overall, the project aims to provide comparative evidence on the conditions, practices, and organisational factors that can support the successful implementation of working-time reduction initiatives.

Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini is responsible for all the activities related to the project.
