Inclusive Growth – Provision of appraisal reports and thematic studies

The aim of the Inclusive growth program of the DG Regional Multiple Framework Contract is to offer comprehensive legal, financial, socio-economic and technical advice on the thematic, sectorial issues and auditing of major projects, covering both programming period 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. The objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance support in major project quick appraisal; studies related to the assessment, monitoring and closure of projects or groups of projects; auditing of projects by the European Court of Auditors funded or to be funded by European Regional Development Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance to the beneficiary Member States or Candidate Countries.
