The project has its origin in the will of Sardinia Region to improve its operational capacity regarding the ESF in order to implement concrete solutions to regional demands in terms of employability, highter education, inclusion of migrant workers and of NEET. In order to achieve this goal, regional policy makers participated to activities aimed at a EU level learning and knowledge sharing to identify the best solutions for the local context. Participants were involved in a participatory process on the regional needs and the criteria for the selection of european good practices to use as a capacity building tool also through study visits.
