The overall objective of the project is to improve implementation of HRD OP by increasing capacity of HRD OS and operation and project beneficiaries of HRD OP by supporting OS
in programming, programme and project management and evaluation, monitoring, quality control, evaluation and dissemination activities and assisting the Operating Structure
and relevant institutions for development of absorption capacity of final beneficiaries.
The specific goals of the project are:
• To provide support and assistance to the Operating Structure of Turkey’s HRD OP so that programme is both managed effectively and serves as a valuable preparation for the future management of the European Social Fund;
• To assist the OS in increasing the capacity of potential and final beneficiaries on project preparation and management;
• To inform potential beneficiaries about the opportunities provided by the HRD OP and the general public about the HRD OP implementations and outcomes.
