Puglia Competenze

The Apulia Region's "PugliaCompetenze" project aims to:

1. ensure that the professional standards contained and described within the regional Repertories (RRFP and RRQPN) are constantly updated and in line with the training needs expressed by the territory;

2. support the implementation of the identification, validation and certification services (IVC) of the skills acquired;

3. to ensure the regional system of competences information, training, dissemination activity and functionalities;

4. to favour the activation and management of interregional and transnational networks in the field of lifelong learning;

The project implements:

1. analysis, studies and insights to support the technical tables dedicated to professional and training standards;

2. training and information activities for the training of specialized skills for the provision of IVC services;

3. interventions of territorial animation to better communicate the business world with training organizations;

4. study visits in European and non-European countries, which have particularly distinguished themselves for the application of practices in areas related to the development of skills and improvement of job matching

5. training - information workshops aimed at strengthening the skills of Apulian companies, in particular in the fields of business internationalization.
