In a moment of deep transformation of the labour law and of rules concerning different types of employment contracts, this project is meant to supply an analysis of the dimensions of flexible work in Italy from an interdisciplinary perspective.
More in detail, the research combines the analysis of legislation, case law and legal literature with economics and sociological aspects concerning flexible work across the following phases:
- A preliminary analysis on the law framework concerning flexible work in Italy (phase 1) as well as on pay of flexible workers;
- The draft of a questionnaire (phase III) and its administration to a sample of flexible workers (phase IV);
- The elaboration of a final report, to be published and presented in an ad-hoc event (phase V).
