The Study supporting the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD) monitoring: Analysis of annual implementation reports (2018- 2019) is carried out within the DG EMPL Framework Contracts for the provision of services related to the implementation of Better Regulation Guidelines.

FEAD contributes to the specific objective of alleviating the worst forms of poverty in the EU through the provision of non-financial assistance to the most deprived. The purpose of the study is to collect, analyse and synthesise monitoring and, where relevant, evaluation information provided by the Member States in their Annual Implementation Reports (AIRs). The study provides evidence of the performance of the FEAD.

Fondazione Brodolini delivered two summary reports of the monitoring information included in the AIRs (2018 and 2019) and two detailed implementation reports at the EU and Member State levels (2018 and 2019).
