The project Implementation of a monitoring system for skills validation and certification services, also with a view to developing an impact analysis and assessment model for public policy practices aimed at promoting and improving learning is aimed at developing a monitoring system for skills validation and certification services at regional level, as well as at developing an impact analysis and assessment model for public policy practices aimed at promoting and improving learning.
The overall objective of the project is to provide specific data on impact with a view to assessing the effectiveness and practicability of skills validation and certification services, as well as their compliance with applicable legislation at national level (Legislative Decree no. 13/2013 and Inter-ministerial Decree dated 30 June 2015).
More specifically, qualitative and quantitative reports containing an in-depth analysis of implementation methods, performance, benefits, and room for improvement of learning validation systems will be prepared.
As lead partner of the project, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini is committed in the following activities:
