The project Technical Assistance Service to the Managing Authorities of the Tuscany Region for the 2021-2027 programming cycle - Regional Programme PR FSE+ consists in the provision of technical assistance services for the planning, coordination, surveillance, implementation, management, monitoring and certification of all the activities related to the new Regional Programme of the European Social Fund plus (FSE+) of the Tuscany Region for the period 2021-2027.

Within the project, technical-specialist support will be provided in the following areas:

  • programming;
  • programme management and control system (SIGECO); 
  • activities related to the management and implementation of interventions;
  • monitoring and feeding of the programme's information system;
  • activities related to level first-level controls;
  • preparation and functioning of the monitoring committee;
  • coordination and management of the relations with the institutional subjects involved in the implementation of the programme; 
  • financial management of the programme;
  • visibility, transparency and communication activities of the programme;
  • legal and regulatory advice; 
  • implementation of the information system;
  • monitoring and reporting
  • to facilitate the integration of funds;
  • social inclusion and poverty alleviation;
  • closure of previous schedules;
  • interventions in the field of gender equality;
  • interventions contributing to the strategy of sustainable growth and improvement of environmental quality.

Moreover, support for the implementation of operations of strategic importance and definition of innovative interventions of the PR FSE+ will be provided.

As partner of the project, Fondazione Brodolini will ensure technical-specialist support to the PR FSE+ Managing Authority of the Tuscany Region in the activities related to social inclusion and poverty alleviation and for interventions in the field of gender equality.

In a transversal way, on the various lines of activity envisaged, FGB will support the monitoring and evaluation of gender and equal opportunities.
