REINDIE – International industrial relations: increasing and disseminating expertise. Focus on the Mediterranean countries

The project aims to develop a path of international studies and analysis in order to investigate social partners' training needs in the industrial relations system, with special attention to bargaining techniques in various Mediterranean and European countries, and to define and test an adequate training offer. As a result of the study two pilot transnational seminars will test training contents and methodology.
