The eighth edition of the Master in Diversity Management and Gender Equality has ended

On Saturday, April 6th, the eighth edition of the Master in Diversity Management and Gender Equality ended, with the presentation of the 5 projects elaborated by the students during the Master.

The projects dealt with very different topics, analysing various aspects of D&I, including new approaches to recruitment to avoid unconscious bias related to the gender of candidates and candidates ("We will enforce them"), management coaching plans with a D&I approach ("Organizing differences"), data collection and study of new indicators for more inclusive cities ("GED Project"), an app to support people with dyslexia in consulting complex documents ("Project D.S.A. - Just give me an App") and the organization of corporate hacking as a means to create new inclusive products ("New approaches to business innovation").
