Global Innovation Exchange launches the COVID-19 Innovation Hub

Global Innovation Exchange, in partnership with USAID, DFAT and KOICA, has developed the COVID-19 Innovation Hub — a central database to celebrate, source and supply COVID-19 innovations across the globe.

FGB is partner and manage for the European version of the platform that connect innovation, funding, projects and research from around the world with the aim of responding to the greatest global challenges in a collaborative way.

You can visit the site at covid19innovationhub.org.

As we come together to tackle this global challenge, the COVID-19 Innovation Hub has already begun to play a key role:

What we can do

If you are an innovator with a COVID-19 innovation, you can:

1. Submit your innovation for our consideration — follow the instructions here.(Note: If you’ve already submitted your innovation, no further action is required.)
2. Browse COVID-19 specific funding opportunities for your innovation.
3. Contact the GIE help desk at admin@globalinnovationexchange.org if you have any questions.

If you are a donor, accelerator, government agency, or other organization responding to the COVID-19 pandemic:

1. Let us know about innovations that should be added to the hub! You can simply email us a link to a document, blog, or article that highlights the innovations you'd like us to check out.
2. You can source innovations to use, invest in, or support as part of your COVID-19 efforts. You have two options:
a. Browse the 700+ innovations and contact the innovators directly about collaborations.
b. To save time, you can email us to request a customized list of solutions for your consideration.
