Diversity for managers

A workshop developed by FGB for PwC to raise awareness among managers on the organizational benefits of a diversity management approach. The involvement of people responsible for diversity management is crucial in order to start a deep cultural and organizational shift. The workshop on Diversity for Managers offers unconventional points of view on the benefits of an organization that gives value to diversity in all its aspects.

Participants discover the strategic tools that are hidden behind diversity management (organization, business development, communication, CRM) to enhance the effectiveness of management and increase the organizational capacity of pursuing new market opportunities. The highly interactive workshop is composed by lectures, working groups, exercises with the scope of applying new contents for the creation of new ideas.
