TALENT UP - ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BACK Program (Call 2018)

The Programme ASPAL Sardinia Entrepreneurship and Back targets graduates or undergraduates of any age, resident in Sardinia. Its main objective is to train new Sardinian entrepreneurs through three phases: pre treatment (preparatory training in Italy), treatment (training abroad the best international business schools and in particularly lively and innovative environments) and post treatment for the incubation and launch of the start-up.

Fondazione Brodolini took care of the first phase of the Programme, the pre-treatment, which had the objective of encouraging the creation of new businesses in the sectors envisaged by the regional strategy of intelligent specialisation (S3). 46 participants, selected from 112 candidates, took part in a 4-week training course on business creation issues and three days of meetings with entrepreneurs. The latter gave participants opportunity to meet established companies and improve their business strategies.

The program, after the training course in Nuoro, will continue abroad for three months in areas of high intensity of innovation and business creation and in university structures of excellence.
