Craftsman's storytelling for kids

The project "Milan-Cagliari: Craftsman's storytelling for kids "  foresees the creation of an urban participatory workshop, able to involve children between 6 and 11 years old in the cities of Cagliari and Milan.

The aims that the project pursues are different: on the one hand, the creation of opportunities for dialogue and confrontation between children and adults; on the other hand, to broaden the understanding of the phenomena of economy of proximity within their neighborhoods and reason with children on the role that technology and new skills play in enhancing their community.

The main activities are structured in three phases: the identification of the participating children and the development of 10 proposed scenarios for the future of manufacturing and craft workshops; a second workshop phase on the theme of storytelling and the implementation through interviews with neighborhood workshops; finally, the return of the project carried out by the children to the communities in the area, in order to assess its replicability.
