The study Youth on-site. In-formed for a conscious future aims to counter the phenomenon of school dropout within the context of the province of Terni. The study intends to intervene on the mismatch of vocational skills through information, awareness and school and work orientation activities and by promoting training paths to support existing ones.

The main goal is to implement a synergistic approach involving education and job actors, families and local institutions.

Fondazione Brodolini will be in charge of organising some of the dissemination and orientation activities from its experience in the field of skills analysis, new professions and companies needs.  In particular, Fondazione Brodolini will be in charge of preparing and conducting a training webinar for local teachers in charge of school orientation, holding open days at secondary schools, and participating in job fairs with dedicated seminar activities.
