FITTER, for a fair and inclusive twin transition
As part of the project Fair and inclusive twin transitions for a stronger social Europe (FITTER), for the next three years Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini will conduct research activities in Italy on inequalities and twin transition (digital and green).
The project is co-funded by the European Union, and involves an international partnership that will carry out research in Italy, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Hungary. The goal is to develop an interactive digital platform, powered by an intelligent predictive decision-making system, that can identify vulnerable or disadvantaged social groups that are mostly exposed to twin-transition policies.
The digital platform will provide policy recommendations and best practices to be adopted in order to mitigate potential detrimental effects of policies on vulnerable groups within different scenarios.
