Management and animation of the ETF Skills Lab Network of Experts
The project will support the European Training Foundation's Skills Lab Network of Experts to further grow and expand its role in the skills community.
Established in October 2021, the network had grown to more than 400 experts by the end of 2024. Its main goal is to bring together experts and researchers from different European institutions and countries to co-create, exchange, and disseminate labour market research to foster the culture of skills anticipation and matching.
The primary target of the project is experts and researchers working on skills demand in public, private or non-profit research institutions and universities, and/or international organisations and networks.
Through the organisation of online and in-person events, the project will provide members of the network with valuable learning opportunities and discussions with key stakeholders in the field of skills anticipation.
Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini will support the network by implementing a series of activities:
- 4 network-level thematic webinars per year;
- 4 regional thematic webinars per year;
- 2 peer visits in Europe or in ETF partner countries, for a selected number of members;
- 2 thematic newsletters and 6 flash news per year.
Moreover, FGB will be responsible for the management and animation of the online community, in particular of the dedicated LinkedIn group, and activities such as issuing badges to promote the recognition of members' efforts and actions.
