Future of Workers (FoW), Observatory on sustainable work

Future of Workers (FoW) - Observatory on Sustainable Work is an initiative created to analyse and raise awareness of the trends and policies that have transformed – and continue to transform – the labour market, with a particular focus on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and on the green and digital transitions.

In order to foster awareness and dialogue around ongoing changes in the labour market, monthly, accessible and easy-to-use content has been produced within the project – including thematic reports, infographics and a podcast series, designed for professionals, businesses and public administrations.

The project's main goal has been to provide practical tools and up-to-date knowledge to address the evolving challenges within the labour market, supporting the sustainable development of institutions, companies, and workers.

By encouraging the adoption of innovative and sustainable practices in the workplace, the project has contributed to the achievement of the objectives defined by Italy's National Sustainable Development Strategy (NSDS).

Communication channels used to disseminate content included:

• Atlas of good practices for sustainable work
