Giulia Martorana

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master's in Politics and Social Policy from the University of Bologna. Driven by a deep interest in social inequalities and inclusion, she specialised in the comparative analysis of welfare systems, and in the evaluation of labour market and anti-poverty policies. Following a study experience at the University of Luxembourg, she worked at the Permanent Representation of Italy in the EU in Brussels, where she gained firsthand experience in European governance. She is currently working at Fondazione Brodolini as a Junior researcher in the field of European labour market policies and skills development. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and cooking.
