Silvia Cannizzo

Silvia has a degree in Educational Sciences with a thesis in Sociology of work, and a Master's degree in Management of Training and Labour Policies and Projects at the Corep of the Polytechnic of Turin. Passionate about organisational issues, she has followed a training path in Organizational management and implementation of a quality system according to management by values methods. She directed a social cooperative in Turin for more than 12 years and worked for foreign profit and non-profit organizations (in Pakistan and India) designing and conducting national, European and international projects in the field of active labour policies, training and education, in multi-actor and intercultural environments. She is an expert in planning, managing and improving work processes with the aim of promoting growth opportunities for the people involved, and positively impacting communities and inclusive policies. She considers the opportunity to travel and learn about new cultures as a privilege. She coordinates the office in Cassino, in the province of Frosinone, for OpenHub Lazio – the social innovation project of the Lazio Region, co-financed by the European social fund and coordinated by FGB.
