Consultancy services for the identification of Romania’s post-2013 development needs

The priority development needs of Romania for the programming period 2014-2020 have been identified through the activities of this project, on the basis of a detailed and accurate analysis of problems, needs and policies. 

Project activities are:

• Documentary analysis
• Analysis of the relevant EU and national policies and specific legislation in the relevant sectors
• Identification of needs and their financial quantification
• Identification of development priorities: SWOT analysis, programming scenarios 2014-2020
• Consultation at national level on the development needs: 24 focus groups at regional and national level, ten large information events, interviews with relevant stakeholders and survey through online questionnaire
