The project investigated new inclusive modalities of communication, able to express the value of differences in the labour context. The main objective was to develop strategies to facilitate the transfer of good practices adopted by development partners (training, integration/reintegration of persons at risk of horizontal and vertical segregation, or exclusion from the labour market, new entrepreneurial projects).
