The European Employment Strategy (EES) in Italy: improving the EES evaluation capacity of regional actors. Focus on migrants, young workers and women

The project evaluated the European Employment Strategy (EES) in Italy since the review of the guidelines, occurred in 2003. Intervention areas for the Italian labour market concerned: gender differentials and, in general terms, equal opportunities; labour market and perspectives for young workers; the integration of migrants. The evaluation process took into account the effectiveness and efficiency of governance during the phases of design, implementation, application and monitoring of adopted measures.
