Ex ante evaluation of the European Social Fund Regional Operational Programme of Umbria 2014-2020

The ex ante evaluation of the ESF ROP in Umbria Region aims at improving the quality of the programming process. It is articulated into five main steps: analysis of the programme strategy; assessment of the adequacy of selected indicators - especially concerning the quantification of milestones targets as well as of the monitoring and evaluation system proposed; evaluation of the coherence of the financial allocation across priorities and actions; evaluation of the governance structure of the Operational Programme; analysis of the contribution of the OP to the EU 2020 Strategy.
