The project aimed to increase partners’ knowledge and awareness on gender issues linked to flexicurity policies.
The ultimate aim was to spread tools for an approach aimed at the crosscutting integration of the gender perspective into flexicurity.
More specifically, the objectives of the projects were:
- To ensure main stakeholders the development of competences
- To foster the debate on the topic of flexicurity from a gender perspective
- To provide policy-makers with suggestions
- To promote cooperation and share experience among stakeholders at the transnational level
The project envisaged follow-up activities aimed at involving a large number of stakeholders (policy-makers, social partners, scholars and institutions).
