Framework contract for the provision of services to DG EAC

The multiple framework contract, using specific contracts, will provide evaluation, impact assessment and monitoring related services under the competence of the European Commission Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC), covering education and training, culture, youth, sport, research and innovation areas.

The framework will support the decision-making process on programmes, policies and other activities in areas of DG EAC’s competence, in line with the Commission’s commitment to better regulation. Specifically, the framework contract will be an important tool for:

• the provision of timely and relevant information of high quality in the decision-making process;
• the development and quality assurance of programmes and policies;
• the implementation of the Commission's multi-annual evaluation plans.

Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini, together with the leading and the consortium partners, will provide different services including evaluations, impact assessments, monitoring activities and related studies and services. Assignments organised under the framework contract will include studies and services covering whole evaluations/impact assessments as well as studies and services, which only cover some elements of an evaluation, impact assessment or related process.
