Gender evaluation of the European Employment Strategy in Bulgaria (EES EVA BG2)

The project aimed to create a sustainable evaluation system in order to improve gender mainstreaming in the employment strategies of Bulgaria through the translation of research activities into political commitments. The four strategic goals were:

  • Development and implementation of evaluation techniques in order to provide a baseline framework and allow the sustainability of gender evaluation;
  • Support to an effective partnership involving stakeholders;
  • Attainment of an excellent organisation of staff, service delivery, systems and management;
  • Identification of methodological solutions to maximise the utility of research activities and of the evaluation, and finally to support policy definition and service improvement.
