On-going evaluation of the ESF ROP of the Marche Region

The target of this action is the ongoing evaluation of the Marche Region Operative Regional  Programme (ORP) ESF. The final aim is to improve quality, effectiveness and coherence of the Operative Regional Programme, as well as of its execution.

The evaluations focuses on five different areas of concern providing notes for each area:

• operative notes which assess the degree of achievement of the specific objectives of the programme;
• strategic notes, reporting the changes occurred at the socio-economic regional/national/EU level and the relevance of the programme strategy;
• thematic notes through which acquire specific knowledge regarding the implementation of the Programme on areas key to regional planning;
• notes reporting the evaluation on the effectiveness and efficacy of services provided by the Employment Services;
• notes reporting the evaluation of the effectiveness of support actions for employability.

Additional assessments are provided with counterfactual evaluation methodology.
