Independent evaluation of the implementation of the ERDF ROP of Liguria Region

This action aims at conducting the on-going evaluation of the ERDF Regional Operational Programme (ROP) of Liguria Region in Italy.

The aim of the evaluation service is to provide:

• Support to the Managing Authority and to the Regional Administration in the implementation and improvement of the ERDF ROP
• Description of the ERDF ROP achievements
• Evaluation on the relevance, significance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the implementation of interventions under the  ERDF ROP, providing analysis, reflections and recommendations for the programme improvement

The expected outputs are:

• Evaluation of the adequacy of the ERDF ROP in relation to changes in the socio-economic context
• Evaluation of the adequacy of the ERDF ROP planning in relation to changes in the EU, national and regional regulatory framework
• Evaluation of progress and performance of the ERDF ROP
• Evaluation of the functionality and adequacy of the management system
• Quality assessment and monitoring of system operation
• Quality assessment and effectiveness of the communication plan
• Evaluation of the partnership and the level of participation and shared decision
