In the field of innovation it expand the network managed by Fondazione Brodolini with five more hubs.

The expansion find itself in the Emilia-Romagna Regional Operational Programme, which through the Priority Axis 6 for Attractive, participative towns of ROP ERDF 2014-2020 allocated around 30 million of euros for the creation of ten “Laboratori Aperti” in the regional county seats of Emilia Romagna.

Laboratori Aperti are going to be hub where citizen, local enterprises, students, public administration, researcher and third sector can meet to create new opportunities and products.

Five are the Laboratori of Emilia-Romagna whose manage was entrusted to Fondazione Brodolini: Modena, Ferrara, Piacenza, Forlì and Ravenna.

The phisical places which are going to host them are very different, as are the main topic of their activities:

Modena - Entertainment and artistic productions
Ferrara - Sustainable tourism and mobility
Piacenza - Logistics and sustainable mobility
Ravenna - Tourists’ access to cultural heritage assets and the territory
Forlì - Cultural heritage and active citizenship

These hubs are equipped with cutting edge technologies serving the purposes of innovation development. These technologies are available for those interested in contributing to the transformation of the local enviroment.

The project is in a start up phase. Laboratorio Aperto of Modena has already opened and is already active, while in the next few weekend the other will start their activities as well.
