Measures for reducing undeclared (illegal and moonlighting) work in private homes of elderly people

The project referred to the experiences developed in France concerning the labour market system characterised by a strong reduction in the underground economy in private homes for the elderly. The goal was to inform stakeholders of the countries involved (Germany, Austria, Italy and Poland) about the practices and measures identified for labour market strategies. These national processes involved not only researchers, but also actors from the political world, administrations, associations (unions and employers' organisations) and labour offices.
