The Municipality of Rome and the quality of life and services: positive actions for gender mainstreaming

The project evaluated from a gender perspective the activities carried out by the Training and Employment Area of the Department for Economic and Productive Activities, Training and Employment of the Municipality of Rome. The evaluation process included: context analysis, analysis of the projects implemented in the two previous years by the Training and Employment Area; selection of a sample of projects for a deeper analysis; reading and analysis of programming papers and budget documents; interviews with key stakeholders; drafting of a report containing the results of the evaluation.
