Su la Cler is a piloting public-private project aimed at fostering the local economy in Milan and at matching small  enterprises and free retail spaces in the peripheral and semi-peripheral areas of the city , with the final objective to generate a measurable and positive social impact.

The project targets local small enterprises in the areas of retail and services, which will be able to join a free capacity building and support programme with:

  • Training and support to strengthen their enterprise
  • Upskilling and reskilling of staff
  • Supporting services
  • Favourable lease terms for some ground-floor commercial spaces in the city

As a partner, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini will be involved in the territorial mapping and analysis, entrepreneurs' capacity building, and as well in the engagement of stakeholders and local population.

The project expects to generate impact on three fronts: people-enterprises-neighbourhoods, through workforce professional skills development and quality jobs increase, as much as the creation, growth and regeneration of neighbourhood business, and an increase in territorial animation, a leap forward towards the intervention areas' socio-economic regeneration.
