The research especially investigated how the training system contributes to supporting not only employability but also inclusion, social cohesion and active citizenship, by involving persons which are at risk in the labour market and therefore in the society. The level of involvement in the training system of the weakest classes of workers – long-term workers, women, disabled, immigrants, low qualified workers and workers that are in low qualified jobs – was analysed.
