Realization of activities to improve information and inclusiveness of enterprises on diversity management issues in regions under the Convergence objective

The project consists of activities for the promotion of diversity management in the four Convergence Objective regions (Calabria, Campania, Puglia and Sicilia). The project includes desk and field research aimed at identifying the state of the art of policies for the inclusion of disadvantaged people working in the involved regions and related best practices. Moreover, the FGB will carry out four series of seminars in each region with the aim of raising awarness among managers of public and private institutions on labour inclusion as a strategy for business success. Along the project dissemination activities will be carried out through a dedicated website, social networks and a newsletter.
