Service of extraction and analysis of individual data on the workers registered in the Comunicazioni Obbligatorie regional database

The project activities consist in the IT and statistical reorganisation and the economic analysis of the Comunicazioni Obbligatorie regional database. The database covers all contractual dynamics (hiring, contract renewals and transformations, dismissal, resigning, etc.) of employees who reside in the region. The reorganisation activity was meant to provide the Observatory with a software enabling direct monitoring of regional labour market flows and performance. On the other hand, the analysis activity was meant to design, implement and interpret economic indicators based on the Comunicazioni Obbligatorie database.
