Calabria Region has obtained the SIAML system from Marche Region. The Information System for the Analysis of the Labour Market (Sistema Informativo Analisi di Mercato del Lavoro –SIAML) is a software designed to gather, clean, and re-organise data from Compulsory Communications in a coherent way. Compulsory communications are notifications Italian employers are requested to send to the Ministry for Labour if changes occur in the work situation of their employees.
