Spazio Sviluppo Lepini. Connecting people, territories and services

Spazio Sviluppo Lepini – Connecting people, territories and services is a multifunctional territorial hub aimed at promoting social inclusion, employability, territorial innovation and local development in the Municipality of Norma, in the province of Latina.

Funded by the Lazio Region through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 Programme (Call for Proposals "Spazio Sviluppo"), the project seeks to strengthen community-based services and create an open civic space dedicated to employment, self-employment, digital facilitation, coworking, tourism promotion and territorial engagement activities.

The services and initiatives will target in particular young people, women, vulnerable groups, unemployed individuals and self-employed workers.

The project aims to support labour market integration processes and the socio-economic revitalisation of the territory through integrated services and community empowerment activities.

The main objectives include:

• supporting self-employment and local entrepreneurship;
• facilitating access to digital and administrative services;
• promoting territorial networks among citizens, institutions and businesses;
• enhancing local cultural and tourism heritage;
• developing pathways for social inclusion and territorial innovation.

Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini ETS is an operational partner of the project and is responsible for managing services and activities related to employment, self-employment, digital facilitation, coworking, guidance and territorial engagement.

FGB will also design and deliver workshops and training pathways on entrepreneurship, green economy, rural startups, business networks and local development, contributing to the creation of an innovative and inclusive territorial model.
