The study aims to provide a sound information background on the most relevant gender-related issues in each of the EaP country. This study contributes to fostering cooperation and policy dialogue with partner countries, in particular with regard to gender mainstreaming in the new bilateral and regional programming documents as well as in the design of future actions.

EU delegations, the Commission and EEAS (European External Action Service) will be the direct beneficiaries of the study.
