Study mapping the structural changes and their impacts on jobs and industrial relations in the ICT and telecommunications sector

The study provided an overview of the current structures of the telecommunications & ICT industry and the scope and the potential for collective bargaining across Europe (e.g. information on the boundaries, working conditions and industrial relations in the sector). It leaded to the conclusions that can be transformed to concrete policy initiatives. This study was a preparatory step ahead of a planned EUROFUND representativeness study of the telecommunications sector.
