Supporting and assisting the network of employment centres of the Province of Catanzaro

The project fostered the opening of discussion tables between local social actors and employment centres, developing a plan for a system of integrated services to allow the match between labour demand and supply. New privileged channels of communication were created to kick off an efficient system of cooperation between enterprises and public bodies, in terms of placement of human resources. Fondazione  Brodolini also offered training opportunities tailored to the operators of provincial employment centres.
