Talentup. Entrepreneurship and Back in Sardinia Region
The project Talentup, within the Entrepreneurship and Back programme, funded by the Sardinia Region, aims at creating a new generation of entrepreneurs and to increase innovation in the local economic ecosystem.
Talentup offers to a group of aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to attend an experiential capacity building programme in three stages.
The first stage, to be held in Sardinia with national and international tutors and mentors, the second stage will be in the Silicon Valley and the last in Boston, at the Babson College. At the end, participants will come back to Sardinia to kick-start their startups.
As lead partner of the project, the Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini is helping the program to bring out the potential of entrepreneurial skills already present in the Sardinian territory, investing in young entrepreneurial talents, choosing the ideas with the greatest chance of success and the people who have the right skills to carry out a business project. More specifically, Fondazione Brodolini coordinates the pre-treatment path in Sardinia and manages the training and networking programme in the treatment phase, which includes a month in Silicon Valley and two months at Babson College.
Fondazione Brodolini also organises the training courses (taking care of the conception, design and implementation of the training offer), including study tours, networking meetings with other startups and companies, demo days, and mentorships.
